An excellent addition to the Ptolus setting. Many little gems one can use or not, in a "pick'n choose" sort of way.

Definitely recommended for the Ptolus owner, it could conceivably serve as a source of inspiration for NPCs, locales and such for any DM running fantasy urban adventures.
