This product seems to have improved since the previous reviews. I had no problems with the quality of the scanning. It is still missing any identification by a contents page or index.

For those using the game as it is, then this book would be handy for the clarification of the new classes and races. I'm just using the world maps so it wasn't so useful for me.

I marked it down due to its relevance for me. Still a good resource for the Wilderlands game.

This book contains everything a player would need for his adventures on the Wilderlands: new (including amazons, altanian barbarians, avalonians, different human cultures, etc.), three new classes (the alchemist, the amazon warrior and the witch), new skills, feats, rules, spells, and of course, description of the Wilderlands, the City State of the Invincible Overlord, and the gods. Interestingly for player's guide, even monsters are included. The races, classes aren't well balanced, but this is part of the old-school feel of the product. While I recommend this for everyone, who plays a Wilderlands campaign with D&D3.5 rules, I simply can't ignore the low quality of the pdf. No bookmarks, no index, no table of contents, and the maps seem to be poorly scanned, with low resolution. Alas, since it's out of print, this is the only choice we have...

Helpful, goes w/ the wilderlands of high fantasy(new), not well organized, no table of contents(one is available to download on the Judgesguild.com website). Worth the cost of the download.

While I can highly recommend this book for the content, I have a great deal of trouble recommending the pdf due to production quality. The complete lack of bookmarks, coupled with the printed books lack of a table of contents, makes this a less than friendly pdf. The low resolution of this product makes the maps and illustrations practically worthless. Add to this the rather annoying placement of the watermarking on the 8 pages of the hacked apart map, and the value of this pdf is greatly diminished.

My personal suggestion would be to save your money and find a print copy of this book. You will be much happier with it, and you will be able to find good use from it that is sorely lacking in the pdf. The only reason I give this pdf a 2 rating is that the content of the book offsets some of the annoying aspects of the pdf.
