In an e-mail to SkeletonKey Games customers, RPG cartographer extraordinaire Ed Bourelle wrote that he was proud of the sense of motion in Flooded Caves Volume 2, the latest release in SkeletonKey Games’ e-Adventure Tiles series. The product absolutely justifies Ed’s pride. Of course, Flooded Caves Volume 2 integrates beautifully with SKG’s first Flooded Caves set and other e-Adventure Tiles. But Flooded Caves Volume 2 breaks new ground with the simple, creative way in which Ed uses jagged lines to show waterfall-type drops in the water’s elevation. The 27 tiles included in this download make a great addition to any SKG tiles library.

An excellent expansion of the very good Volume 1. Volume 2 really 'spices up' the flooded cave genre, with more natural and fast-moving tiles. I recommend both sets, which will give you tremendous capabilities.

Wow Ed, you really always know what I need - I'm running an adventure with a white water rapids chase, and was just going to make do with Flooded Caves and the one rapids tile from the Scarlet Mold set, but this set will work perfectly.

Aside from the utility of using it for underground rivers and waterfalls, this set works great simply as an add on to Flooded Caves, by adding six new connections to the Cave Passages sets. It features the same great artwork that has been the hallmark of previous e-Adventure tilesets, but steps it up a notch (like several of the last few tilesets have) over the original Flooded Caves set with greater amounts of detail.
