First the positive: I'm an enormous fan of the basic concept of this campaign and, although I haven't read through all four parts completely yet, I have a great deal o admiration for how it develops and ties in with th events of th comic.
This is not a great product however, for two reasons. Firstly, the download is unnecessarily and inconveniently huge. It is a scan of the original, and not only does that affect file size but means the file is unsearchable and, in some places (especially in the case of maps), hard to read.
Secondly, it is poorly edited. The ideas are great; the execution not so much. Maps appear for some chapters and not for others; paragraphs seem to refer to concepts which were originally mentioned in other paragraphs which have since been edited out; there are several dreaded "see page XX" suggesting a basic failure to proofread. Some chapters are extremely underwritten; leaving the GM to do all the heavy lifting.
Hopefully the later parts improve on this, but it is a familiar story in Mongoose products of this era.
To summarise: if you are willing and able to invest the time necessary to make this adventure work, and don't mind it clogging up your disk space, this is worthwhile. It certainly has lots of great ideas. If you are hoping for something more or less ready to run straight away you are liable to be disappointed.
