Chapter 1 -Explores why elysium is important and what it's true prupose is. -Discusses other types of parties and social functions Kindred hold. Including ones specific to certain clans(Assamite, Brujah, Gangrel, Giovanni, Malkavian, Nosferatu, Setite, Toreador, Tremere, and Ventrue).
-A few Anarch and Sabbat ideas as well.

Chapter 2 -What to consider when planning a party. Not very interesting.

Chapter 3 -A bunch of story hooks that revolve around the new owners of the Succubus Club and how the club operates now. The hooks are pretty generic and can be used anywhere, but I really like them.

Chapter 4 -Covers what can be gained by throwing a party and what kind of stories you can tell. Not very interesting.

Appendix -Easily my favorite section of the book. Provides optional mechanics and rules to make each gathering feel like something is lost and gained. -A system for earning favor or disfavor, which can be carried over to all future social events. -Optional rules for title holders(Prince, Seneschal, Harpy, Keeper, Host). Basically gives each a unique social ability, perfect for creating intrigue. -Suggestions for using backgrounds(Fame, Resources, Clan Prestige) to replace status. -Optional rules for special relationships: sire and childe, blood bonds, boon holders. -Suggestions for Sabbt characters using: Tests of courage, performing ritae, path exemplars.

Final Opinion -I'm torn between a 3 or 4. -I do think it's worth getting if you want to try out the social mechanics, otherwise it's mostly a good review of what VtM players already know.

Extras -no bookmarks -Mainly covers the Camarilla, but the Sabbat and Anarchs are there too. Focuses of the differences between sect rather than clan.
