I bought this to use as a template for my own campaign organization and ended up using almost everything in ti. Excellent resource.

LIKED: Excellent resource especially the table on the inside of the cover.

DISLIKED: I would have liked more space for NPCs. However with the PDF I was able to easily printoff more pages so that was a very minor problem indeed!

QUALITY: Excellent

VALUE: Very Satisfied
I like the idea of the product, but it really needs a way to save the data instead of just redoing it on paper each time.

QUALITY: Acceptable

VALUE: Satisfied
The DM Campaign Tracker is a really solid product. With some creativity and a lot of effort, it could be fantastic.

It starts with some name generators - NPC names, traits, and Tavern or Inn names. These are lists, so although they're limited, they are useful for ideas and good in a pinch (which is what they seem to be meant for).

The basic campaign and world information is a good checklist of things to keep in mind, although there's not a ton of space and the entries are a bit more inspirational than comprehensive. However, for a manual whose purpose is to "track" the campaign, this also works well. This seems like it would be a good companion to a more comprehensive work about creating a world or campaign (of which there are many).

The "World Overview" section could be better. It seems meant as a place to record events, people, places, and dates of things that occur during play that you want to fully incorporate into your other materials (a gazetteer is mentioned) later, but it might work better as an "event log" than a place to record a few details about a few places or people. Unless you find yourself constantly referring to a few details about a few specific places, this section may not be as useful as others.

There are places to keep track of plot threads and rumors, player character information, and other things DMs should keep behind their screen. These are things which are important to keep track of, and it's nice to have the form to remind you to record them. I'm not sure the information about what to keep records of or how to use the records is fantastic, but it seems quite decent -- disorganized DMs could really sharpen their game if they didn't have a better method.

The NPC records are fairly straightforward, although the organization could be better. For example, it mentions that you should track the NPCs relationship to the players and what happened last time they were encountered, but space to record this isn't provided.

LIKED: Especially for inexperienced or chronically disorganized DMs, this product can help get organized and stay on top of things. In addition, it's not so large that it's overwhelming to use and it does look attractive. And it's not expensive! Especially as a pdf, where you can print multiples of the pages you need more of or wear out.

DISLIKED: It could be a tad better organized, and with more effort it could really be easy to use and make even an experienced DM's job much easier. I would give it 4 stars, but it needs to be really good to compete with a DM's home-developed way of doing things. It's certainly competitive, but I'm not sure an experienced DM would get a lot out of it. For a novice DM, I'd give it four to four and a half stars.

QUALITY: Acceptable

VALUE: Satisfied
Nice looking tables and most of them useful. Some seem just to be there to fill the sheet. The screen view is very good, but for europeans with A4 paper the sheets come out very unhandy.

LIKED: nice looking on screen some useful tables

DISLIKED: Doesnt support EUR standard paper space fillers

QUALITY: Acceptable

VALUE: Disappointed
I'm sorry you consider some of the forms "space fillers." The forms are adapted from those I use in my own home games. I find them all useful.
