A fairly cost effective muse. I have used this as a method to devise simple scenarios for my players. It's not very intense and it will definitely require imagination on the part of the GM, but it does help create the framework for a story.

Scenarios I have created involved:

 1. Saving an alien defector from space police while on the Moon (Thus limiting the PC's use of their powers).
 2. Infiltrating another team who is searching for a Vampire in a crowded market; with the secret goal of helping the vampire escape.
 3. Stopping a mad Occultist who runs people off the road using an 18-Wheeler which he has imbued with a fear spell.
 4. Rescuing one of the PC's arch-nemesis from a haunted house after the rival botched a spell to summon a demon; things are complicated when the rival sees a way to escape by offering the heroes up in his place

There are several options, but they will require 2 d8 dice and the application of imagination.

Excellent stepping board for adventures, and it will at least steer you in the right direction. The categories are vague, but thats what imagination is for.

LIKED: It was very simple to understand, and was worth the price.

QUALITY: Very Good

VALUE: Satisfied
Consisting of only a few tables, and a very basic descriptions this product is lackluster at best. While it is a great start, without a bit more exposition of actually utilizing the tables and handling the superheroic nature of possible events, its really not worth it. Plus for a short product its page numbering is munged: There are two page 9's (one should be page 3), while not a horrible error, its really noticeable.

LIKED: The product is inexpensive, well organized, and simple to use.

DISLIKED: It really is little more than the license, a one page explanation, and charts/tables. Something that should be inside a fuller more robust product (full game, or full superhero GM book)

QUALITY: Disappointing

VALUE: Satisfied
This is pretty decent. I think it could have been a free product, but I'm happy with the price that is. This will work anyone that is stumped for a quick superhero adventure idea.

QUALITY: Acceptable

VALUE: Satisfied
A great idea for creating adventures on the fly.

Works well, but can get results that are hard to fit into your game. My solution to this is simple: reroll.

LIKED: As mentioned above

DISLIKED: A few layout issues in the tables.

QUALITY: Very Good

VALUE: Very Satisfied
Kind of cool, if you're really stuck for ideas. Standard plots available or you can roll some really odd ideas.

LIKED: Good presentation, easy to use

DISLIKED: could have stood a bit more detail

QUALITY: Very Good

VALUE: Satisfied
For those days when inspiration needs a subtle kick in the pants, a random adventure generator like this can be useful to a harried GM. It works by picking out a selection of key words to be plugged into a sentence that outlines the plot.

For example, it might produce ?The main characters must [Rescue] [a Scientist], from [In Orbit], but have to contend with [Equipment Failure] while being confronted by [Hired Killers].? It's then up to the GM to flesh that out with details, coming up with any required NPCs and tying the plot into the campaign world.

Some combinations might need a little mental flexibility to explain, such as why the heroes have to [Kill] a [Celebrity] in the [Jungle] while dealing with a [Dimensional Rift] and opposed by [Lawyers], but that's half the fun.

LIKED: Clean layout, wide range of keywords appropriate to the genre.

DISLIKED: These tables are all rolled using D8s. We hates the pointy little swine.

QUALITY: Very Good

VALUE: Satisfied
