While I really liked the encounters in the module I felt like if the characters (and admittedly the DM) are not familiar with Season 1 events, PCs, and Groups you would need to spend way too long bringing everyone up to speed. I also felt like if you have both of the Factions that get secret missions at your table the adventure will last much longer than the allotted 4hrs.

I love this adventure. I got to play it at a convention in West Virginia and everyone at the table seemed to have a very good time. I got to run it for the first (of what I think will be many) time last night at my weekly FLGS AL night and everyone had a blast...including myself. Players loved the note in the area with the kobolds playing with the giant weasel. I found the boss and inventors (especially the inventors) a lot of fun to play.

I just started DM'ing during the SKT season and man did this module throw me for a loop! First puzzle is easy as can be and then the whole first floor of the dungeon had all of my players confused on what they were or weren't supposed to do and just started to do random stuff so they could feel like they were doing something. I at first thought it was something I was doing wrong, but after talking to other DMs they shared the same issues. The whole resistance thing really confused me too as there are no rules on resistance with # value (3/5).
