First I have to say that these three Druid Circles look and read as good if not better than anything Wizards puts out. So I give them top marks for professionalism. The artwork is an especially nice touch and goes a long way to making them feel fully formed.
I think the feeling of balance is very well maintained. They are not over the top and do not attempt to completely rewrite the Druid class, but they add very nicely to the solid foundation of the Druid class. Very well done!
The following are merely some observations, questions, or suggestions. The suggestions aren't intented to imply "I think you should have done this" but only to highlight my first impressions and present ideas that occurred to me while I was reviewing them. I don't know what these suggestions would do to the overall balance.
I like the idea of applying the animal companion mechanic to the druid. If I remember correctly, previous editions allowed for Druids to gain companions and this didn't seem to transfer into 5th edition.
Animal Companion - What was the thinking behind doing normal hit point maximum AND x4 the Druid level instead of "whichever is higher"? Is it to better highlight the fact that this animal is to be more of an extension of the Druid and likely to follow him/her throughout their whole career and thus should be a bit "more" than an animal of the same type? Also, you can command the beast with a bonus action right away. The Ranger can't attack WITH its animal until 5th level when it gets an additional attack, then they can attack once together. Did you consider adding the bonus action at 5th level as well to mimic this or maybe at 6th level to coincide when the Druid gets another Circle ability? I also like the idea of giving the creature HD so that it can heal while resting along with you and you don't need to spend spells healing it. Was there another intention beyond this for giving the creature HDs?
Telepathic Link - Maybe make this ability (the two spells Beast Bond & Beast Sense) only useable on your animal companion? At least as a FREE cast. You can always cast them as normal on other animals using a spell slot. Also, using the beast as a mount is a great idea, but isn't useful until 6th level when you can transform your beast as the beast is restricted to Med size or smaller by the Animal Companion ability. Maybe grant the ability to cast something similar to the 2nd level spell Enlarge on your beast. This could make them Large for a short time and then you could mount them and ride (or fly) away.
Companion Wild Shape - You may want to quantify what animal shapes your companion can transform into. Maybe make the max CR similar to the max CR applied to the Druid when using Wild Shape. Or is this implied?
Natural Selection - My only thought here would be to add a couple options and allow the choice of a second option at maybe 20th level.
Fight as One - The first part of this sounds the same as just using your bonus action to command them to attack, or is this intended to be another bonus attack for the beast in addition to the one you command it to do? Maybe add something about the beast being able to intervene on attacks directed at the Druid? Or have the beast get a bonus attack against those that surprise or sneak up on the Druid?
