Purchased this and played through it. I absolutely adore these sorts of games as it's fun to get together with a group of friends and do what I call a "Dying by committee" playthrough, and this one didn't disappoint - the story itself was excellent, the combat system was nicely tactical and actually felt like we were facing life and death struggles.
I only have a few minor quibbles and they are all regarding layout:
A. As someone else mentioned in the Comments, the entry directions should really be hyperlinked, or else bookmarked, as trying to guess which page has which entry was something of a chore.
B. The rules reference and charts for Items, Structures, Glory Rewards, etc. should ideally be in a separate PDF and organized so that the pages don't have to be rotated to view them, as this would prevent a lot of flipping around and backtracking through the book and make things run a lot more smoothly.
C. I couldn't find anywhere in the book that explained which icons on the combat chart mapped to which actions. I was able to intuit it fairly simply, but a small key either on the combat chart or in the combat rules would be helpful.
In general, the layout of the rules section at the beginning was probably the biggest flaw I could find in the game, as it required quite a bit of flipping back and forth and certain terms were either not explained or had explanations that were not easy to find.
Other than that, it was an excellent purchase and definitely worth 4 out of 5 stars. With some minor technical updates, I'd say it'd be a practically perfect product.
