What’s a “Tephra”?

Tephra is the award-winning steampunk roleplaying game that has caused a global addiction. What's in this crazy adventure? We took one Wild West trading town and added equal parts inventors, investors, and crazies, mixed ‘em around in a bowl, and out popped the town of Rangston. We just know you’re going to love exploring this charming settlement with its vibrant community of scientific and delirious minds. Bump shoulders with captains of industry as they wildly speculate on the future value of property in the area. Players will be delighted at the compelling plot hooks and in-depth background stories.

You might be asking yourself, “Who is this Golden Bandit fella and why’s he in the title?” Great question, I can see you’re a sharp one. The Golden Bandit is the scourge of Rangston. He and his gang of riff-raff stole the face off the town’s clock tower last year, and now he‘s announced that they’re going to steal the rest of it. The automaton sheriff and his deputies are woefully unprepared, and it’s up to you and your compatriots to lend a hand. (Seriously, if you don’t buy this adventure, we’re pretty sure Rangston is going to go belly-up.)

Ever wanted a gizmo that would skin a rabbit for you? Do you wish there was a contraption that could tell the difference between a push potions and poisonous potables?
